Nate was super excited for his birthday party. The day couldn't come soon enough.
He had a carrot cake for his "official" birthday party on the real date. Uncle Steve came over that night to help give Christopher a blessing. He had been sick for a few days and wasn't getting any better. He's feeling better now. It was fun to have Uncle Steve join us.
The next day he had a creepy crawler birthday party. He invited three boys and two girls from his Kindergarden class, but only one girl came.
Here they are decorating the creepy crawler critter cake. They frosted it and put all the candy they wanted on it.
When the party was over his friends took home a butterfly net and a bug catching kit. What a way to turn 6!!!!!

I can't believe how fast Nate is growing up. Happy birthday Nate--your creepy crawler party looked like a lot of fun and plenty of sugar!
Yeah Nate. Happy birthday from us too. You are getting to be so grown up. I hope Christopher is feeling better too. That's a worry.
